Great Product & Support - Clients like Client View
Can't imagine running a practice without using Junxure or Protracker. Outlook alone just doesn't cut it.

I would like the ability to create customized reports on any combination of fields.
No direct integration with Morninstar Office.
More training needed than I expected. Individual classes can be expensive but necessary.

The Bottom Line
I've used other CRM - Junxure is best overall. Still WIP as we learn the many features.
