Advent Axys needs to move into the 21st Century and improve their product and hire some tech support that is knowledgable about the product.
Would not recommend Advent Axys to anyone!

The Bad
Customer Service is in the Philippines. Customer Svc Reps have accents and sometimes they screw with your system through webex sessions and mess stuff up because they don't know what they're doing.
Reports are no where as good looking as Schwab's or Cornerstone Revolution.
Billing statements in Advent Axys cannot even contain more than one account that your client may have. You have to manually do billing in word or excel.
The Bottom Line
Advent Axys is an antiquated system that does not have the ease of use and bells and whistles that Scwabb and Cornerstone Revolution do and they're a lot more expensive. We have been using Axys for around 13 years and we're ready for a change.
Also - DST/FanMail who provides the data to Advent's Data Exchange/Dataport provides bad data so you are constantly trying to fix your portfolios so they balance and mimic the custodian's webstatement. When you try to contact DST or Advent they blame it on the custodian. Bad situation to say the least.
