decent and very inexpensive CRM with lots of connectivity to other software
used Junxure before. was overkill for small office. was looking for a cloud based CRM solution. Redtail fit the bill. Been using for a couple of years now and the program has evolved for the better.

The Good
very reasonably priced - especially for up to 10 users. excellent data sharing with other software like portfoliocenter and moneyguidepro. ability to save all emails for compliance (for small extra monthly fees). good workflow. ASP (web based) so no IT hassles and thus excellent for business continuity. technical support pretty responsive and helpful.
The Bad
search capabilities on weak side - can sometimes be hard to easily find specific data. NO multi-categorizing of a note or action. not as flexable or feature rich as Juncture. reporting capabilities weak.
The Bottom Line
excellent value - with no hassles - does the job - cloud based - the only way to go! - with good software integration.
