Albridge - Strong Basics - Weak on depth and customization

The Good
My firm almost uses Schwab exclusivly. They have created a good interface with Schwab so I see very few reconciliation errors. They have also taken great effort to integrate with two primary pieces of software that we use in our firm. Provides tremendous ability to generate large batches of reports to be available at the end of the quarter.
The Bad
The reports need a major overhaul. The tax lot accounting does not match with Schwab options so it is useless. If you do have an issue it typically takes a few weeks to get it reviewed and it will not even be completed at that point. Billing module needs overhaul.
The Bottom Line
If customized reporting is a necessity look else where. If you do not want the hassel of download and reconciliation then this is a good product.
