The Good
The workflow management is great it keeps things from being forgotten also if someone is out of the office another employee can pick up their tasks with ease.
The tabs great for organization... it also depends which overlay you would use Breaking Away from PEAK is great!

The Bad
Some office staff complain a lot because there is some data entry... you have to make sure everyone is on board to use correctly, this is a mandatory. There is probems with the Microsoft link at times and the size of the mailbox attachment file but I am sure these are true of any CRM software.
The Bottom Line
I recommend it.
