Very steep lerarning curve
No software is perfect. All of them have flaws. Know what you can overlook ahead of time. If the program does not do something perfectly that is key for your business look elsewhere.

The Good
Once you get comfortable with the software the planning process goes smoother. I am still learning where I need to edit to get correct output. Good job with cashflow forecasting and scenario planning. Ability to model several scenarios at once and show them side by side is very helpful. Customer support is good
The Bad
No intuitive at all. Lacking in taxes. Found error in estate taxes. You have to drill down into a single security to classify it as tax free. Municipals are not recognized as asset class. Clunky method of proposing and accepting a plan for audit trail.
The Bottom Line
Expect to spend alot of time learning and being frustrated.
