The Good
Gives clients a great portal to see their accounts and financial picture. The Vault is great. Love the phone app, which I believe clients will grow to appreciate. More and more of my clients clearly want it and rely on it.
The Bad
Labor intensive to keep my client base linked and accurate.
The Bottom Line
It's worth the work it takes if it's the centerpiece of how you work with your clients.
