Excellent presenter. I liked focus on what can go wrong. My questions about identifying problem files was not addressed. Having used Office 365 with OneDrive, etc. our IT fellow is ready for us to move to Google for biz, so while the ideals of MSFT's offering might be good, their ability to deliver has thus far proved to be severely lacking. Related, their helpdesk process is convoluted, populated with folks who are hard to understand and who are overly keen to get you off their docket.
