Good but clients do not use it

Good product and I wish my clients would give it a try.

The Good
Excellent report selection. Nice client interface. Terrific customer service.
The Bad
Clients do not use it. Cannot automatically send a boilerplate report to all clients at once. Connection console is hard to figure out.
