The Good
I am very pleased to be using ProTracker. I just started my RIA business, so I am only beginning to tap into all of its features. However, it covers all of my current needs. I am particularly pleased that there is a cloud version of PTA, although I don't have it yet. The pricing compared to its peers was good. Tech support is very prompt with assistance when I have needed it.
The Bad
It will take me a while to learn how to use all of its features - there is a lot to learn. I am still struggling with integration with other software programs, but I hope that will improve as I get better.
The Bottom Line
We all need a robust CRM and Protracker is in that category. When I compare ProTracker's pricing and features with Redtail's and Junxure's, ProTracker wins.
