The Good
Their training and tech support are excellent. The program is intuitive and robust at a reasonable expense.
The Bad
Estate planning module is pretty weak. I wish the program had more areas to add narratives to the reports to clarify and expand on planning assumptions.
The Bottom Line
I've used the program for several users after only doing video training. The program was easy to use and output was good. I just attending one of their live training events and that enhanced my understanding of the program and taught me some new approaches that are proving useful.
