The Good
Integrated CRM program that helps you to gather all client data in one place. Key feature is the workflow setup which allows you to establish (and revise)your work flow then delegate tasks and know that your process was followed, complete with task notes and productivity reports. Great for compliance. "Client View" gives you a secure client portal to upload reports and communicate with clients.
The Bad
Like any new CRM program, there is a significant learning curve. The software is fairly intuitive but you must make a commitment to training over about a 12 month period to see the maximum benefit.
The Bottom Line
The best program I've seen for tracking tasks and setting up efficient workflow systems to allow your practice to grow. Great company behind the software and the trainers have real practice experience behind then.
