The Bad
Too hard to use, Data too difficult to enter. Some things make no sense, for example, you cannot specify the beneficiaries of a living trust. To do so you are supposed to enter bequests in the will!? I mean how the heck does that make sense.
The Bottom Line
They used to be the only one that kept themselves updated with online data. That has changed. They have not changed their pricing and they have not maintained the kind of ease of use development pace of some competitors. It isn't too late but they need to sacrifice what is for what needs too be.
