Overall, a good program.

The Good
Very easy to use. Lots of features built in. There are lots of reports to choose from, and the Presentation reports are good as well.
The Bad
Sometimes with lots of features comes complexity. There's lots to know about how this program works, which is covered by a lot of documentation, it just takes some time to understand everything. As with all of these programs, I wish there would be more lattitude with report output; I'd prefer to incorporate it into my own report rather than use theirs plus a supplement.
The Bottom Line
A bit pricy but a comprehensive program
