Very stable, additional interfaces a bit pricey
I like this product very much. I wish the fee billing module integrated with custodians besides Schwab.
User Review
The Good
Consistently very reliable providing an intuitive interface. The Presentation Studio tool makes generating client reports quite easy and the batch printing function makes quarterly performance reporting quick and easy. Vendor support is generally very good and the on line documentation is excellent.
The Bad
Does not accept imports of market index prices without the purchase of a pricing service or by using Morningstar Principia. The custodian interface modules are a bit pricey and, with two custodians and a data aggregation service, basically double the annual licensing fee if you do not custody at Schwab. Also the fee billing module doesn't easily interface with custodians besides Schwab.
The Bottom Line
The good support, database stability, easy data reconciliation, great documentation and flexible reporting make this a very good product.
