The Good
Because I use a virtual assistant, we HAD to go to a cloud based progam. Redtail is more than enough for our needs and my assistant no longer needs to log in to my computer after hours to manage tasks and the calendar. Not difficult to learn. Really facilitates calendar and task management, and the integrations are really helpful.
The Bad
The interface with Outlook is a bit clunky (I do have a suggestion for them about that). Workflows are not what I would like them to be.
The Bottom Line
For a solo or small firm, this is a great solution at the right price.
