I am surprised others rated this company as high as they did
We were told almost 12 months ago that the RADAR version would be the only supported version in short order. It is more expensive and offers little of additional value. I am now reading that the prior version will not be retire any time soon and am disappointed in having been misled. I would suggest you approach a purchase decision with caution.

The Good
They are trying hard although they seem to be handicapped with regular staff turnover.
The Bad
They don't have the personnel or the structure to respond to problems in a timely manner. Technical support is terrible.
The Bottom Line
You get what you pay for? While the cost is attractive relative to other providers, be sure they can meet your needs longer term. They couldn't do enough for me for the first 90 days. All that changed dramatically the first of this year. For most issues the person with whom we need to speak is never available. I am lucky if I get a call back the same day.
