The Good
1) The ability to manage your trading desk by exception and minimize the amount of time required by factors of magnitude.
2) Standardizes your practice
3) It also allows us to enhance the management of our portfolios by efficiently addressing market factors (e.g., tax-loss harvesting opportunities)and changes to the overall investment strategy (e.g., establishing new allocations)in a consistent and proactive manner.

We don't really have complaints but some improvements that we have heard requested from other advisors include:
1) Better reporting features
2) Direct fixed connections for trade processing
3) Friendlier user interface (although it is very functional)
