act 2009 review

A vital part of how we run the office, but with lack of tech support and newer products, I would not be surprised to find us considering OTHER products.

User Review

The Good
There is no doubt that this software is a vital part of our office. The ability to set alarms, create groups, mass mail etc, help keep track of the workflow
The Bad
First and foremost the product support in regards to human interaction is non-existent without laying down more cash. Though user friendly in many areas, patience is needed when learning to sync etc.
The Bottom Line
I decent product that with time dedicated can be modified to be one of a planners tools, but potentially there are now better options.
