Stepping up their game !!
A solid value, with increasing flexibility and a strong customer support staff.

The Good
On the right track in terms of extracting data and having additional flexibility - but it has taken what feels like forever. Expectation was that the switch to SQL a few years ago would have accelerated the launch of new features and reports, but that has not been the experience. With that said, there have been some recent enhancements, i.e., smart sets, data manager and the export wizard that are fantastic and have saved us a bunch of time.
The Bad
The Commentary pages which is part of the graphical reports section - extremely archaic and cumbersome to incorporate letters such that they're part of the report and listed in the table of contents. Also, currently there is very little flexibility in extracting Billing information from the system. There is basically only one report - The Billing Summary Report.
The Bottom Line
