Perfect for Our Needs
The new version ("Radar") should be coming out any day and will be a big step forward. Not at all tempted by any of the competition.

The Good
Easy to learn and use. Staff is very friendly and responsive. They handle all downloads and reconciliations. Constantly working to improve. Pricing is very reasonable for a small firm.
The Bad
Small firm; sometimes can be challenging to address an issue promptly. They are growing fast -- which is actually good -- but it can cause the staff to get stretched thin at times.
The Bottom Line
For my money, I am very pleased.
