Improvements keep us from changing to another program

Two years ago we were ready to abandon for another program. We had missed two generations of upgrades. After upgrading and changing our CRM consultant we have once again become fans of ACT! and ACT!4Advisors.

The Good
Improved workflow with smart tasks. Upgrades to both ACT and A4A continue to improve this CRM. Easy to see productivity of staff - good reports. Calculate time spent per client on the fly making invoicing easir. Can separate documentation of history from ongoing notes such as DODs, Trusts, and unusual family arrangements. Powerful group manager and sales tracker.
The Bad
Runs slow when you have a lot of activities scheduled.
The Bottom Line
Good product for the money. Integration is the weakness. Very useful with work groups
