The Good
Cant think of anything.
The Bad
Very slow to fix problems. It is never them. Have already lost 3 clients in 2012 due to their consistent bad reporting.
The Bottom Line
I can understand why they have switched ownership in the last few years. As they are a CHEAP option for the BD world, they continue to use them. As for the real world, they tend to very BAD.
