Went to the handout picture a lot, but that was necesary as it was too small to read on screen. However, it appears that the decision tree is an excellent tool and perhaps it would have been enlarged and used as a portion of the presentation which might have answered several of the questions.

During the question and answer portion the curser kept moving around the screen, which was a little distracting.

This is a great service you provide and the information you present is very good.
