Updating of fields and tabs can be painful but overall have it working for us

We feel it may be time to explore/review other options in CRM technology as we have used ACT for over 11 years.

The Good
Our team has processes embedded thru activity series feature and other processes built around over 10 years of using since establishing practice
The Bad
Can be slow and painful when customizing fields and screens/tabs. Not integrated with our Portfolio Accounting software or a planning software.
The Bottom Line
We have it working for us but not convinced best available
