We've used Junxure a little over a year now. Operations staff uses it the most indepth but we're finally bringing everyone else around.
User Review
The Good
Would have been amazing to implement from inception of the company but we're working to make it a cohesive part of our processes. We took everyone through the 5 session General Classes a couple weeks ago (a year too late!) and it really increased everyone's interest.
The Bad
Junxure has huge capabilities, most of our issues are local, such as training everyone and getting everyones "buy-in". Some employees think it takes to much time to document everything, etc. They don't always like to learn new ways of doing something.
The Bottom Line
Take all the key person classes and general classes offered up front. Schedule your implementation plan and stick to it.
