Doug needs to pep it up a bit. Brilliant guy, probably would be a friend of mine in real life. It is a skill to pep it up, a learnable skill. Andy too talks slow, but he injects personality. He's easy to listen too, even when he says a few goofy things, and forgets names, etc. Doug has a good idea, keep at it man.
