i'd jump at a chance to have somehting better, but i'm not aware of anything on the market that's currently better.

The Good
it doesn't require reps to work with the data coming from various custodians; this all happens through Albridge.
The Bad
the calculations and reporting are sometimes difficult to comprehend. explaining some of these to clients can be a challenge
The Bottom Line
unless you want to do a lot of work yourself, this is the best available
