I have found this program to be user friendly, flexible and appropriate for my planning needs.
They have a full functioning trial period that allows real plans to be produced.
Anyone interested gets to drive to the car for free for a month or so to see if they want to buy!

The Good
Good value for the price. Not difficult to learn. Company responsive to needs of the planning community. Good technical support.
The Bad
Some areas of the program overlap and sometimes need technical assistance to determining where to imput data.
The Bottom Line
I have used this program for 2 years and have no plans to change anytime soon.
