I have used Axys for 10 years and find it meets all of the needs of my one-man shop.
I have used the program for 10 years. The performance reporting is very good, but report writing is dificult if not impossible to customize and there is very limited technical expertise and support available. I might consider switching to another program if that did not seem like such a huge mountain to climb.

The Good
It is a very complete program that does everything I expect.
The Bad
The reports are dificult to customize and the macros take more time to create and maintain than a one-man shop can afford.
The Bottom Line
Worth the price, but it would be nice to have more support and expertise options.
