The Good
Customer and Tech Support.
Integration with Outlook.
Customizable Reports.

The Bad
You have to leave a message for Tech support to call you back. It usually takes up to two hours for them to call you back.
They are based in East Coast, so the office closes at 3 PM West Coast time, therefore no support after 3 PM.
You can not use TIN format for your entity and corporate clients. You have to use Soc Sec format (XXX-XX-XXXX) to enter the TIN. Basically you can not use XX-XXXXXXX format.
It is not web based.
Too complected.
You have to have one person dedicated to this software to keep the information up to date.
The Bottom Line
Very detailed and productive software.
