Good overall functionality, requires well thought out plan

We dont use Junxure to track assets/liabilities/plans; in lieu, we use DbCams, so Junxure is strickly a communication tracking device for our office. We only use the system to track meeting/phone call notes/conversations and to assign tasks for interoffice communications and for follow up on client issues. We do not use Junxure for creating written communication as it did not seem to work well for our office setting. Instead, we use Worlddox for this purpose.


As for ratings, anything that received one star is because its an area of the program we do not use or I do not have familiarity with that aspect of the program.

User Review

The Good
Junxure has dramatically improved efficiency at our firm (18 person independent RIA). Initial learning curve is easy; Its easy to learn the basics and get up and running. But to truly understand the total package has a much longer learning curve.
The Bad
Need a well thought out plan (like any database management) when using with mulitple employee office. Need systems in place to ensure consistent use across employees. If you have more than a few people planning on using the system, I highly recommend that you run a test (limiting use to 1-2 people) for 3-6 months in order to determine proper strategy on how best to use it with your entire office. We dont use it to track email correspondence as that feature did not seem to work well (the system had trouble properly tracking client emails to and from (it would add duplicates and it really clogged up the database)
The Bottom Line
Can dramatically increase office efficiency, follow up, client communication, etc.. Can become complicated quickly as client communications are added and tracked - Data base can increase exponentially, so making sure you have a good plan for tracking various types of communication (using key words) in order to reduce search times when looking for specific information on a client. In addition, make sure you have a uniform method for entering data.
