Prior to TRX our firm manualy rebalanced accounts using homegrown spreadsheets. We knew this was inefficient and inconsistent. Also, the thought of manually doing tax loss harvesting, security location optimization and tracking of gains was overwhelming. We implemented TRX and haven’t looked back. All of these tasks are now handled seemlessly. The instillation was straight forward, the training was excellent and the ongoing support has been great (TRX personnel answers the phone live and can usually answer questions on the spot). Our firm and our clients have definitely benefitted since we started using TRX, I would highly recommend it.
