I wish Redtail worked seamlessly on a Mac.

The Good
Very easy to use; accessible on my iphone (not the Redtail app, but through Safari); much better than alternative CRMs out there.
The Bad
Not fully compatible on a Mac; kind of annoying when I get the error message that says something like fully trained monkeys are working on your problem.
The Bottom Line
Good entry level program for financial advisors.
