This program to be key to delivering constant qualty service.
If you don't want to take the time to learn it and automate your processes, don't waste your money. This is awesome but you have to take the time to learn it and use it.

Work flow functionality is really good as is email intetration with Outlook.
The cool thing about tech support is they just remotely take your computer and drive to fix problem. Very easy.
