Dr. Murtha did another masterful job today in enlightening the A4A audience on personality traits. A handful of anecdotal real-life examples from his own life was useful in applying some of the principles presented today. It was also helpful to pause and consider which of our actual clients fit into the various categories discussed today. I particularly like the emphasis on the idea of invesTOR versus investMENT and why that is the most critical factor to consider when handling client emotions. Thank you!
