After 4 sessions of Frank's program, it's apparent that each session should provide at least one or two takeaways for each participant to use directly with a particular client. At least for me, I've had several "aha" moments when I thought of someone specifically that would benefit from one of Frank's strategies. I've even had a situation where I saw a client the next day after one of these webinars and used almost the identical language Frank proposed for a similar situation and it worked to perfection!
