The Good
The reconciliation is out of sight and their web hosting & statement generation gives a small advisor a major institutional look and feel. Management is accessible and very interested in your success.
The Bad
Their trade order generator is powerful but a little clunky. The built-in CRM is functional but the slow speed of their desktop application forced us to buy a different CRM solution. I'm told that their speed issues will be resolved with a new software architecture release in 2010.
The Bottom Line
The most professional backoffice outsourcing provider you are going to find. We could not function at the level that we do without them.
