This program is much better for the broker-dealer, insurance rep than for an RIA who just manages $.

The Good
Excellent program for the financial advisor who tracks everything, including insurance products. It's support is excellent and I utilize its back office for downloading and maintenance and they are excellent.
The Bad
It is not web based and it is overkill and a huge program for money management. It has a CRM, but stand alone CRMs are more comprehensive.
The Bottom Line
If you need a comprehensive program, this might be your best answer, particularly for cost effectiveness for investment management, insurance reporting and CRM.
