We have two offices in different parts of the state and have found this tool helps keep everyone on the same page.

The Good
Great integration with Outlook. Easy to setup and great access from anywhere since it is web based. Particularly helpful when have offices in multiple locations.
The Bad
A little difficult to setup integration with Outlook for anyone who isn't fairly PC / Outlook conversant.
The Bottom Line
Highly recommended.
