Parts of the product are great, but there are data integrity challenges.
I would suggest talking to someone that is already using the product before moving ahead with the purchase.

The Good
The interface is nice. Transaction data is easy to export. We were an early adopter so for us the pricing is a plus. Our customer support rep is great.
The Bad
We have run into problems with data integrity, some of which are still not corrected to our satisfaction.
The Bottom Line
This "good" product could be a "great" product.
