Too Basic, Difficult to Customize and Use, Good Intergration with Swiftpage and LaserApp
Starting over, I would go with an online CRM application.

The Good
Intergration with Swiftpage and LaserApp
The Bad
Hard to Get Good Documentation, Difficult to Customize -I always get referred to an outside consultant. An MS Access DB is 'hands down' much more powerful. A very old program that has had very few user friendly or prductivity enhancing updates.
The Bottom Line
An ok place to start. But, very limited after initial productivity gains have been made. Very satisfactory integration with Swiftpage and LaserApp.
