Primarily use as email client and method to manage contacts. Ok for sole prop starting out.

User Review

The Good
Familiar interface and integrates well with other Microsoft apps. Contact mgmt capability is ok for a sole prop, just starting out. But I can seem some limitations going forward.
The Bad
Contact mgmt system limited, but then this isn't advertised as an CRM
The Bottom Line
Good for email and calendar mgmt.
