Really like it one month in. Moving from ACT 4 Advisors and love the web interface.
Redtail seems to be very willing to listen to user input and make improvements. This is very important if you plan on using a CRM for any lenght of time. I have been using Redtail for over a month and I am very happy with the move from ACT 4 Advisors.

The Good
No software. Easy online access, even from iPhone. Simple to use and intuitive. Great customer service and tech support.
The Bad
Nothing major. Does not fully integrate with eMoney and others the way one is lead to believe.
The Bottom Line
Great CRM. Software on your computer will old news in a few years. Works great.
