Good one-stop shop for investment research and client account performance reports.
Overall pleased with the numerous things you can do with Office (performance reports, research, client reports, client portals)with a reasonable price.

The Good
Once you get through the learning curve and figure out the import quirks between your custodian(s) file and MS Office the flexibility to produce client performance reports, upload documents to the client portals and dig deeply into research make running your practice very efficient.
The Bad
Access to technical support needs to be better. A direct line to more import specialists needs to be available. Help file documents and video reviews are good, but could be organized much better and consolidated so you aren't jumping around in different sections to get a full comprehensive view of the subject you need help on. Ability to upload to financial planning software like MGP would be a huge plus.
The Bottom Line
Fine product, reasonably priced compared to other product offerings that only include a portion of what MS Office does.
