Overall a good program but there is room for improvement. Hopefully they will roll out an updated version that addresses the ease of use but certainly it's worth getting.

User Review

The Good
Web-based. Good calender function. Covers all the areas of a CRM system and has good pricing.
The Bad
Not as intuitive as I would like. It is easy to get up to speed on the basics and yet not put the time into using it in a deeper sense. Part of the reason is it can be a bit cumbersome when wanting to use it beyond the basic lever.
The Bottom Line
Certainly a good system for a smaller advisory firm.
