Thanks for the breakdown and review of the various topics pertaining to sales of a business and for introducing the topic of enterprise zones and tax credits to our audience. Although it may not pertain directly to investment advisors, it may indeed be relevant to our clients and is certainly an interesting topic for learning something new if one hasn't studied this topic previously.
