Interesting way of looking at withdrawal rates. I also was concerned about lowering a retirees withdrawal amount after a market down turn. If the retiree needs X amount and that is reduced do to poor market returns, that may cause other problems. I think the webinar illustrates that a retiree could start with a larger withdrawal rate than 4%.
