Accurate, detailed but very complicated with a long and steep learning curve
I use it because I don't know of anything better for performance reporting.

The Good
very sophisticated reporting capabilities, accurate, detailed, easy to reconcile daily
The Bad
Extremely user unfriendly, lousy customer support and communication, Extremely complicated with a very long learning curve, report graphics awful unless you know how to create your own Excel macros, not an easy task, cost is rising.
The Bottom Line
Better than the alternatives
