Good web-based CRM System
We've only been using Redtail for a few months but have been very pleased. We switched from Act and Redtail handled the entire conversion free of charge. The monthly cost is very reasonable and we love that it's web based. So far we've only used it for the calendar (which is shared amongst the entire firm) and for contact management but plan to incorporate the Albridge feeds and worklflow management soon.
